Great Lent is one of the most meaningful seasons in the life of our Church — a period dedicated to prayer, repentance, renewal, and preparation for the Resurrection. Lent involves a deeply personal spiritual journey requiring sincerity, reflection, and recommitment to faith through worship, charity, and self-discipline. Fasting extends beyond dietary restrictions to include cleansing the heart, strengthening prayer, and growing in love.
