We are excited to invite you to our Vartavar Festival of Water, celebrating the Feast of the Transfiguration of our Lord on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
The celebration will begin immediately after Holy Badarak in the Hachigian Courtyard. Come ready to honor this joyful Armenian tradition of faith, community, and celebration! We will unite our ancient heritage with our Christian faith through water, roses, and blessings.
A friendly heads-up: If you participate in the water festivities, you will get wet—possibly very wet! This is all part of the fun and the spirit of Vartavar. We encourage everyone to bring a change of clothes and towels to fully enjoy the day.
Pizza & refreshments will be available for purchase. Everyone is invited to be refreshed in body and spirit as we come together as a parish to celebrate!
