Pursuant to Section 20 of the Bylaws of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, a Special Parish Assembly is hereby called by the Parish Council of St. Mary Armenian Apostolic Church.

- Registration of Members / Verification of Quorum
- Call to Order
- Opening Prayer
- Adoption of the Agenda
- Discussion regarding the potential purchase of the real property located at 2209 Elden Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627
- Other related business that may properly come before the Assembly
- Adjournment
This notice is being provided at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Special Parish Assembly by electronic transmission by the Parish to all members, in accordance with Diocesan Bylaws
Only members who have paid the minimum annual pledge by December 31 of the prior year (plus qualifying new members under) are eligible to participate. If any member does not receive this notification, that means that their contact information needs to be updated with the church office. This notice may be forwarded to them.
